This course contains nine written lessons for practising everyday English at Entry Level 1: three on speaking, listening and communicating, three on reading, and three on writing. Each lesson includes original examples, guided practice and answers or model responses for self-checking. The material focuses on familiar situations and foundational skills; it is not a qualification or an exam, and completing it does not provide a certificate or guarantee a result. The word examples are selected for teaching and practice and are not an exhaustive official word list. Speaking-and-listening lessons include short written scripts that a learner may ask a partner to read aloud. No audio or tutoring is provided. Rehearsing alone can help with speaking, but it is not a listening assessment.
Approximate guidance only: pass boundaries vary by assessment version. This guide covers Reading and Writing only; it does not list a Speaking, Listening and Communicating pass boundary.
